PhD in Law from the University of Deusto. She is currently Lecturer with PhD at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Bilbao and Donostia campuses. She teaches BA courses in Law and also the joint degree in Business Administration and Management and Law. Specifically, she teaches the following subjects: Disciplinary Authority and Rule of Law, Theory of Crime and its Legal Consequences and Economic and Business Criminal Law. She also tutors the MA in Research into Social and Legal Science and has been a member of its evaluation committee. Her publications include those on Criminal Law and Economic Criminal Law, mainly focusing on the criminal imputation of legal entities and the de facto and de jure administrator. She is currently coordinator of the 2nd year degree course, 3rd year tutor on the joint degree Bilbao, 2nd year coordinator on the Students’ Permanent Committee and member of the End-of-Degree Work Committee in Law. She has formed part of the Business, Market and Transnational Law research team, recognised by the Basque Government.
