Abstract

The idea that the author defends in this paper is that the solution to interordinal instability and its long-term management need the adoption of the so-called 'interordinal constitutionalism. This paper analyses the different models that, according to the evolution of International Law, scholars have been developing and will, ultimately, describe the proposed model.
